REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY
Our refund policy is all sales are final. In order to assist you further, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return, your items must be received and examined by Gang Of Clouds firstly for health and safety concerns. It must also be in its original seal and packaging. We require your proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A restocking and processing fee of 20% will be issued to all e-liquids received.
Be aware e-liquids must be returned in its original packaging and unopened. We must receive the returned items in the same condition that you received them.
There is no refund or returns for hardware. We only offer exchanges on hardware with the below conditions:
- If we sent the wrong products to you, or you receive them defective or damaged, please email us at email@example.com. Please include all detailed information, including any tracking numbers, in the email.
Our products are shipped using Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, USPS and INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING COMPANIES. Please note that shipping fees and taxes paid on your order are not refundable under any conditions. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gang Of Clouds will resend the correct products at no additional cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
